Slow dell laptop startup

I have a dell laptop , its performance while running apps and games is very good. BUT When i startup it , it takes a lot of times . I have no viruses on it :\ So what should i do ??

it depends on how many start up apps are there and their impact on system ,if you are using windows 8 then you can easily stop them from task manager ,you can see option in task manager to disable them and see how much they effect on your start up ,also i would recommend you to get a ssd for your laptop .

Disable any programs that aren't a 100% necessity for you. Any extra programs = Slower load.
As stated above replace the HDD with an SSD (If it's a newer laptop anyway. Idk if i would drop large cash on an SSD on a dinosaur).

I have very little apps and games On startup the antivirus and the intel gpu driver are the only apps which are startup apps :\

I honestly would uninstall the Anti-virus. They're known to bog down your computer... like ALOT! Just grab MalwareBytes (free) and run that in the background. It takes very little resources and that should speed up your boot.. and entire laptop.
