Smart tv Bluetooth not working

I bought a uhd Samsung 65 inch smart tv on January the tv's Bluetooth not working. How can I enter the service menu to correct the problem.I have a tizen remote and a small regular remote.

I dont get this Bluetooth Audio there, all i have is two others - i have 55ku6072 so im kinda confused on how you can enable that third option to be seen there!
