Smart TV connect to Direct TV box

In a move my Direct tv cable box and smart tv cables got pulled, I connected as I thought it should be but my choice was incorrect, my tv says "no signal" Total novice here, is there a diagram anywhere of the back of cable box to help me? Thanks

What cable are you using to connect the two? All the connections should be labeled as to what type they are and you can also find them in the manual for your devices. Also make sure you just don't have the wrong input selected on the TV.

For most modern devices, you just use the HDMI cable.
