Smart TV football mode

Hello

My Samsung smart TV is only 3 years old. The football mode keeps turning itself on and off, I have taken the batteries out of the remote but it it still happening which tells me there is something wrong with the television. Does anybody know how I can turn it off from the television completely please? Thanks in advance Lynsey

Try to reset your Samsung smart TV. Press the menu button on the remote, then go to support. Choose support option then select self diagnosis, then choose reset, if there's a pin assigned, key in the pin then choose yes. Hope this helps.
