Smart TV missing Apps

Hi, I have set up a Samsung UE40KU6070 and have an internet connection, but I only have a few apps and when I search on the ones I want to add (say MUBI and Facebook) I get nothing. About to return it to store but does anyone have any ideas? I reset it completely once. I am using it in France

All the results for this model are not in English, did you look at the manual or online instructions for the set to see if you can add any additional programs to it or if it needs an update?

Hi, yes it was purchased in France, but should allow me to get other apps... this is my mothers' and the one we have elsewhere is a Smart TV but different model and it has lots of apps available. I did an online chat with Samsung France this morning and they were really puzzled about what is going on, so I am waiting to hear back from them. Thanks
