Title says it all needs to be android. Can be used but new would be good. I have a sim all I'm looking for is a android smartphone.

probably makes the best lower end phones. it come to the point where they're really not low end it more of mid to high. whats the problem with motorola? you might want to consider one of these. http://www.bluproducts.com/index.php/android-phones they seem to have very nice specs
