Smartphones for $165?

Hi! I need to get a new phone, I was wondering if there were any smartphones that were available for around $165? I don't want to go higher than this really. If anything, what is the best phone I can get with this budget?
I'm just looking for something that can play some games reasonable well and download other apps such as weather, ebook reading software (if that is viable) etc. I'd like my phone to have a lot of functionality basically But again, do tell what I can get for my budget. I do not really have a preference for any mobile OS, although I do believe Android has way more apps than other OSs.

I also live in India, so they cannot be phones that are too obscure as I may not find them here.

Bro. So, your budget is around Rs. 8000. I think the best you can get at this price is the Karbonn A9+, which houses a 1.2 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon dual-core processor and a 4 inch IPS Screen. Read some reviews of it on sites like flipkart. It'll be a great value-for-money.

And, here, in New Delhi, its price is around Rs. 7700 at few shops.
