so my glxy taqb 4 wont udate! memory issues

i dont play games i download all lrge files to sd and i can't find what is taking up 15G of my internal memoiry!!! if i reset wioll i lose all my apps and logins etc??? pls help me!!!! feels like someone has "BOTTED" MY TABLET!!! (I'M NOT SURE IF neone know =s my slang botted=someone using most of my resources on this device while i get left with 10% of my tablet's running potential!!!

MAYBE I'M JUST CRAZY!!!
