Easy to program, although I'm not a qualified smart phone user. Found and worked with all eight devices I wanted to group in various activities.
But, there's no numeric keypad. I find going on the cable (DVR) box from channel 10 to channel 189 a bit much. Would be nice to have a way to Not Have to Hit the Channel Up Button 179 times.
Suggestions?

I purchased the unit and have been trying to login for 2 weeks using my iPad 10th generation. I keep getting messages that my password is incorrect or a message saying I cannot use a web address to log in. The customer service has been atrocious which is compounded by the fact the service dept is in the UK and I’m in the US. There is no phone contact info and as of now they are still not acknowledging the software has an incompatibility issue with this generation iPad at least. But keep telling me to use my correct password! The tome worn excuse “blame the customer”. Gerry
