Software for restoring corrupted/damaged images/videos

is there a program that can fix images and videos that are corrupted/damaged?

I don't know how good "All Video Fixer" is but it claims to fix corrupted videos and image files. As with any free download you need to make sure you scan for viruses before attempting to install.

Digital Video Repair claims it can fix .avi files and REMO Repair MOV claims to be able to fix .mov and .mp4 files. I can't attest to the validity of those claims as I have never used either one of those. I got those from doing a Google search "software to fix corrupt video files".
