Some keys on my toshiba P200D-018 laptop dont work

That sounds like either a dirty keyboard, damaged, or bad keyboard.

What you can try to do is blow out any debris from the laptop's keyboard. Turn over the laptop and try and shake any loose particles out from under the keyboard.

If that doesn't work or help any, then you could open it up by unscrewing the keyboard and reseating the connector. Toshiba's website might have a service manual on how to remove the keyboard.

More then likely you will have to replace your keyboard
They usually aren't too hard to remove, just order one off ebay that matches your laptop model and keyboard.
