Some laptop 1050's have 16 ROP's while some laptop 1050's have 32 ROP's? So what is the performance difference between the 2?

If you watch the review of Andrew Tran on youtube of Inspiron 7567 he shows a screenshot of of the GTX 1050 and it has 32 ROP's. But when I see on GPU Z for my 1050 it shows only 16.

I have the legion Y520. It has a 4GB GTX 1050 with a core i5 7300HQ. It also has 4GB of system RAM from Samsung and a Toshiba 5400 RPM 500GB HDD.

If you go to this URL and watch Andrew Tran's video about his review of Dell inspiron 7567 laptop with the GTX 1050 you will see it has 32 ROP's and 53 TMU's along with some other inconsistencies. What is the reason for this as my 1050 shows the ROP's to be half and the TMU's to be 40. I have the Legion Y520 with a core i5 7300HQ and GTX 1050 4GB combo.
