Some of the keys doesnt work on laptop keyboard

My left ctrl, delete and some of the number keys doesnt work
What can i do to fix it?

I'm sorry are you saying your laptop doesn't have a keyboard?

labtop keyboards are replaceable. google your labtop model on how to disassemble and reassemble it somewhere in a guide it will tell u how to do it. most just snap off using a small flat object to undue tabs around the edge of the keyboard but each model is different. u can even check the wiring between ur motherboard and the keyboard. it could have come loose.
