Honestly I feel the n55sf is a GOOD LAPTOP, but some of the overheat is the Geforce gt graphic card not hd 3000. After i playing Assassin's Creed : Brotherhood with NVIDIA GPU, i checked the temp is crazily high (108 celcius). So, the NVIDIA GPU affected the hd 3000 also overheat.

Solution
There are a couple of issues working together here I believe.
The HD3000 is integrated into the CPU. The CPU does quite a bit of work when gaming and naturally gets hot.
When gaming, the Nvidia does the graphics work and also gets hot.
These two sources of heat typically share one cooling device so yes, when one gets hot the other does also because they are both working hard.
