Some sort of virus is preventing me from playing H1Z1

When it start up H1Z1 it says that dnsapi.dll is blocking me from playing. I feel that this is some sort of virus that is stopping me from playing. Can you guys help, Thanks!

Try turning off/disabling your anti virus and turn off your firewall. Then try launching
