Some switch with bandwidth control?

Hi,
I have a Cisco router (1200 series) that doesn't have any bandwidth control setting. And I was looking for any switch that allow me to limit bandwidth on each port ( doesn't matter if it is only 4 ports)
Any recommendations helps
