Some weird text message

So I'm not getting notifications for this, and I didn't even notice it until I went into the text messages but starting yesterday it looks like, I've been getting this... does anyone know what it is or why I'm getting it?

so a friend just made me realize that my phone is actually sending that out and im not receiving it, now im worried, my shit been hacked?

Sounds like you have a bad app(s), malware or virus on the device. Only way to resolve it is to remove said items, or do a "Hard Reset" on the device. But that should be a last resort as it will remove anything and everything off the phone and restore it to its original state.
