Son locked laptop doesn't remember password...need this cp for work to support my family...please help

I have a Toshiba laptop and my 15 year old son put a lock on it...I can't even get to the desk top and the little rat doesn't remember the password for it...I dont care even care if I need to wipe it clean..I have all my files backed up on disk..please help I need this laptop to support my family...Im looking for the cheapest and fastest way possible...
