sony bios update

please tell me how to update bios of my sony vaio pc

i check sony site but not get bios driver

so please tell me alternate solution for this

yeah.. sorry mate i had a Sony Vaio Laptop a VE model very nice laptop. They never updated the Gpu and the bios. In fact if you go to the Catalyst center update there is a box that says that theres not update for Toshiba, Sony and Panasonic Laptops. And if you send a request to sony, they pretty much tell you, that you already have a Final Product, that everything its working correctly and you need no more updates.

And when you ask for help about bios always write the Model of your Laptop.
