goes into standby after about 7 secs or so, and the red standby light flashes 6 times. Where are the fuses located so I can check to see if this is the issue and if it's not the issue do you have any suggestions as to what it could be

1st thing, unplug the power cable from the TV, press the power button on the TV for about 60seconds, after that replug power and check if it helped.
