sony bravia tv black screen

my sony bravia tv has a black screen nothing shows, only power light comes on tried unplugging and channel up nothing works .Help please tv only 8 months old...

Assuming you have an Input button on the remote which has to be changed if you want to switch between TV, HDMI or VGA, has yours accidentally gone off the right setting?

No thee input is correct it's connected to satalitte,I hear the station just screen black.

Has anything been changed to make this happen?

I wonder if the resolution is out of range but if you can't get into Settings, you're not going to be able to change them.
