Digital compensation for real world losses, plus a waiver to file a lawsuit? NO THANKS. I had to shut my credit card down after a number of attempted $1 charges to foreign accounts (you know what that means..). I wonder how many people's credit card companies were not as responsive as mine and had money stolen because of Sony's improper and arguably illegal storage of certain customer information... This is not compensation, this is a way to trick people into giving up their rights.
