Solved! Sony DZ350 stuck at Hello

I was playing game on pc and using Sony DZ350 for audio.
Suddenly audio goes off.
I check everything and found that dvd player of Sony DZ350 is stuck at Hello.
Nothing work on it. No volume up or down.
No dvd tray ejecting. Nothy but on and off. Both from remote or by button.

If there is solution please let me know.

Unplug the player from the wall, press power button on the player for about 10seconds and plug in power again.

Done this but nothing happening.

Eventually you can reset the player by pressing the power and #1 button on the remote for about 3 seconds. But I´m not sure about this.

Is a disc still in the tray?

Could be a heat problem of a chip inside the player. Do you still have warranty?
