Solved! Sony HT IV 300 Dolby Digital Plus (DDP+/eAC3) audio not supported

Hi all I have sony HT IV 300 which is supposed to be play DDP aka eAC3 as it has specification containing DOLBY® TRUEHD/DOLBY® DIGITAL+
YES but when i tested the audio format with test files downlaoded via DOLBY site itself, it plays video without any problem but with message AUDIO FORMAT NOT SUPPORTED please do guide how do i get this working PS : I have downloaded x264 video format and i have latest firmware updated device

Sony has to pay for each Dolby audio codec it includes. If it doesn't mention eAC3 in the specs then it doesn't have to support it just because it does Dolby TrueHD
