Sony HX60 video question

ive got the above camera, when I uploaded my photos and vids earlier to my laptop, the photos are showing, but there are no videos. Theyre definately still on the memory card as I can play them on the camera. Ive checked all of my folders on my laptop and theyre not there. Does anyone please know where they have gone, or why they won't show up / upload on the laptop?

Maybe the uploading process only uploads images which are on the camera's internal memory.

Videos are on the memory card. So buy a card reader, plug that in to your PC, then put the memory card in to the card reader.
