Sony kdl-32l5000 flat screen tv

My sony bravia tv had a white rainbow colored horizontal line across the bottom 2/3 of screen with the top 1/3 showing a clear picture.I performed a factory reset,now the screen is all black with no sound and i can't change channels.What's the solution?
