Sony KDL - 46XBR4

Hello, I have a Sony Bravia KDL - 46XBR4 manufactured 11/2007 that has a constant black line about 1 inch thick running from the top to the bottom about 3 inches from the right side of the screen, the line was blue for about 1 month, now black and on all the time. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks to all.

Sometimes ppl have been able to fix this by applying extra pressure on the edge(s) or the panel. That's all I have.
