When I first bought a Sony XB-30 bluetooth speaker the bass was rumbling and tight, after a few months of use suddenly the passive radiator didn't work the bass become weak and i cannot feel the baseness feature of Sony XTRA BASS seems like there's a leak in the radiator gasket, i don't know why did it happen maybe factory defect? So i availed the warranty and exchanged it with a new replacement unit, unfortunately the same thing happens again after weeks of use, i don't know what to do but is this particular model a failure from Sony? I mean they advertise "XTRA BASS" feature but the speaker itself cannot handle the stress of the bass vibration and i think thats why the radiator broke down.

I would be back in contact with SONY.

The sell edge foam kits that I've used to repair speakers...but in this case....just a few weeks.....I'd be contacting either the distributor or Sony.
