wouldnt a wired 360 controller work? i think all usb controllers work with the ps3

[citation][nom]tipoo[/nom]At this shrinkage rate they will be able to put 32 SPU's on the PS4.[/citation]

i think the PS4 will actually be weaker than the PS3 thanks to the stupid success of the Wii.

the wii is a fad. by the time the ps4 comes out you might be seeing the ps3 start turning into a wii 2 competitor, just as they tried to do with the ps2.

the ps4 will definetly not be weaker than the ps3.

Not at all. Besides the fact that I have tried, it matters how these controllers send the signals. Not all USB controllers send signals the same way, nor do they all have the same buttons.

The 360 controller have 2 analog stick, 2 analog triggers, a D-pad, and 8 buttons. The PS3 controller has 2 analog stick, 2 analog triggers, but other than start, select, R3 and L3, all other buttons are analog (6-bit digital). Even the D-pad is analog (ironically).

[citation][nom]Eccentric909[/nom]Doh, I wish you could edit comments.. as far as number of discs goes, that doesn't really matter as much (to me personally) anymore, since I can install them to my 360's hard drive now. That was a nice little update option that I wish MS would have given us from the start.[/citation]

Yeah, but...are the current 120 GB 360 hard drives enough for that? Considering that their proprietary, and installing a standard 2.5" form factor hard drive won't work, you won't have too many options after filling up that 120 GB drive...
