Sound bar remote for lg not workjng

My LG sound bar just stopped working. I changed the batteries,so what's the problem?

Make sure you oriented the batteries correctly. Been there done that.
You can check if the remote is sending out IR

If it isn't you will need a replacement remote. If it is then the problem is in the soundbar.
