Sound Card Without Surround Sound?

Hi, I am planning to build a computer in the summer months and I was wondering if there was a sound card without surround sound because I am deaf in my right ear. Most cards and headsets only have a surround option not mono. If you have anything for me that would be great. Thanks!

If your wanna go hardcore go with the Xonar Essence STX, it not true 7.1 but supports virtual 7.1 but you can use as a awesome as soundcard. (this sound-card is damn popular)
