Sound doesnt work

My sound is horrible after plugging in my speaker on to my phone

If the sound is fine for the phone itself, and only a problem when connected to the speaker, it may be the speaker. That said, phones are really not made for 'great' sound for say music, or anything really loud. So it may come out really off sounding in speakers.

Now if there is something else going on, please do explain.

I have my phone hooke to the speakers and playing pandora and sound works but distorted and no mic for most part. The speaker is fine
