My sound is only coming through one headphone (the right) but last night it was working fine.
I have tried unplugging it and re-plugging it in, I have made sure everything is connected to the motherboard and I have tried to blow into the headphone jack.
I currently use the front ports and have tried the back but they are just retarded and have never worked.
I can also hear something coming from the left but its like 4x quieter than the right...

Does this happen with all headphones? Most common cause of this problem is faulty headphones. It's also possible that you have accidentally messed up your balance in Sound -> Playback -> (Correct device) -> Properties -> Levels -> Balance.

lol. It wasn't that but if I make one double than the other they now sound the same

You have two rings inside the audio input jack. If you headphones aren't damaged and your Windows audio isn't balanced to one side as suggested above then the audio input plug is worn out.

Any way to check this audio output with different headphones or speakers? At least you would know is it headphones or the PC.
