For some reason if i have surround sound on, youtube videos give me an error, if i put it back to stereo it works again after a refresh. It has never done this before.

Any fix?

I tried it same issue, but it turned out to get fixed by restarting.

Double audio got fixed by removing an add-on which mozilla claims is needed:

OpenH264 Video Codec provided by Cisco Systems, Inc.This plugin is automatically installed by Mozilla to comply with the WebRTC specification and to enable WebRTC calls with devices that require the H.264 video codec.
