That depends on what inputs the plasma TV has. If it has an HDMI input, then use an HDMI cable from your PC to the TV and change the audio output on the PC to HDMI. This would be the preferred method.

Otherwise, if the TV has an optical TOSLink input and your PC has an optical TOSLink, connect the two with an optical cable and change the PC Audio output to Optical. This would be the second best option.

If neither of the above are options, then go with analog out from your PC's analog output (3.5mm stereo jacks) to your TV. You may need a 3.5mm stereo to RCA L/R cable if your TV only has Red/White audio inputs.
