Sparking like sound

Hello. I have just bought a house laptop. After 2 days when I starts my laptop by pressing power button, it generates a small (not audible if you don't heard it closely) sparking like sound and then starts. I don't know whether "sparking" word used here is right or not. Plz tell me what to do. Thanx.

If this is new, and you just bought it, return it and have them giving you one that is working properly.
