Question Speaker sound output

I have a question i have been struggling with for a while.

Scenario ......
I have a Treadmill with speaker outputs and connected to that is volume control buttons.
there is also track skip buttons on the treadmill witch control the bluetooth device.
I have changed the skip buttons to skip the tracks from my computer which the sound runs through.
is there any way to convert the outputs on the treadmill to send a Bluetooth command to turn the volume up and down on the computer from the volume buttons?
Keeping in mind there is no sound running out of the treadmill.

I doubt it can be done.
Without more info I would assume the volume controls are analog and won't control the volume of the source but the output of the amp in the treadmill that would be connected to speakers.
