Speaker working in low volume

I'm using philips dps2800 5.1 speakers. they were working perfectly. When i checked this morning the speakers were working in really low volume. Iam using creative sound blaster sound card. is this the problem of my speaker or sound card? Please help!

Did you check the volume settings on your PC or speaker remote?
