Speakers buzzing and volume decrease

So I have had ideas of what is going on with my speakers, but at the same time I don't. I have begun to notice that when idle, my speakers are making and intermittent buzz that lasts anywhere from 2-5 seconds. I have not noticed this with any other devices plugged in. My speakers are powered through a surge protector, but obviously hook in to the audio jack (motherboard audio jack fyi). I have also noticed that when running games there will be times that the sound will decrease immensely. This seems to be when my GPU is running a bit harder. My initial thoughts were that possibly my power supply was the problem, but based on the parts I picked when building the PC, it should be enough to handle (650w PSU). Hopefully someone can help me get this figured out!

Wiggle the audio jack on the computer, wiggle the audio cable, there may be a broken solder connection on the board.

B. Disconnect the internet completely, does the BUZZ stop?
You may need a ground isolation transformer for the internet cables.
