I have the Edifier R1280Ts (Amazon link), and they use an RCA input, and I am looking for a receiver to plug my record player and CD player into. All of the receivers that I can afford($100) use a speaker wire output, any ideas on a cheap way to solve this?

Thank you

You could open the back of the powered speaker, cut the wires from the amp to the crossover and add new wires to the receiver.
If you wanted to get sophisticated, you could add a 2 wire 2-way switch so you can use them as powered speakers also.

It's not too hard to solder basic circuitry, but don't mess with it if you feel you don't know what you are doing.
