Speedfan, max speed at startup

Hi everyone I have a problem with my speedfan setup. When i open Speedfan, all my fans start to rotate at the maximum speed. After 2/3 sec they slow down to the normal value. This is annoying... how can i avoid this?

I don't think you can. Personally, I have speedfan in my system startup so by the time I have a working prompt it's running in the system tray, so I never notice this.
