Spilled a little bit of water on HP Pavilion laptop

I accidentally spilled like barely a drop of water on my mousepad and although it works, the cursor is jumpy and glitching a little, and when I want to click on something, it moves? I also cleaned it immediately, but can I fix it?

Its really hard to determine what got damaged during the spill. Your best bet is to send it to someone who knows how to deal with that stuff. Another advice
DO NOT DRINK ANYTHIN NEAR LAPTOPS

Give it a day or so to see if it evaporates. If it was a minor spill, you might be ok once everything is really dry.
