Spot on photos

My compact camera has a small grey spot visible on the screen. This appears on print outs of my photos. The spot does not expand or diminish with zooming so I don't think it is on the sensor. Anyone know where it would be? I have tried cleaning the lens but it is still there.

It's most likely dust on the sensor, which will have to be cleaned at a camera shop.

If it don't resize with your OPTICAL zoom, it IS on the sensor...
