Sprint just cancelled me after 9year for texting too much. It is not unlimited. When i called to find out why my phone was not working I was treated like a terrorist. No. One Could give information but this one guy. I was on crutches trying to get a cab only to find out I had no phone service. I had to leave a message and was told I would receive a response in 24 hours. Unfortunately it was Friday. SaturdayThey accepted my last payment but could not help with anything further. SCREWED!

I have been with Sprint for 16 years. Yep 16 I couldn't be happier with them myself. I never had bills that end up as overages or have to deal with "fine print" when unlimited is used nor capping. They do charge 10 a phone for enhanced data but it's still cheaper than other carriers. It's NOT for 4G service as my Iphone 4S got the fee as well. The fee was introduced 2 years ago and it was explained by Sprint at the time it's due to the increased data usage and it happened before 4G was ever deployed. And with the drop in the data plans the 10 bucks didn't make a big dent anyway. It evened out in the bill. But I can use my phone to my hearts desire and never worry about overage crap. The coverage hasn't been bad either except for the normal hills and buildings issue which exists everywhere and with every carrier. Sprint has been great.
