Question Stain on lcd screen

Hi,

I recently replaced the LED stripes of a 65’’ LG TV. After powering on I realized there is a kind of whitish stain( 2inches wide) which is visible only on dark backgrounds. Any ideea of what can it be and if possible to solve?

Not solved. The stain is still there. Just got a bit used with it.

Sounds like backlight bleed, really depends on what exactly it looks like.

It is like an irregular stain( similar in shape to how a glue residue would look like when you peel off a piece of adhesive tape from a surface) made of light . Could it be some air between difusser layer? Or some residues that I left on the backside of the lcd panel or frontside of the diffuser? When i dismantled the 3 layers they moved a bit as it is very difficult to keep them togheter very tight because of the size.
