Start a computer repair business

I want to start a repair business. I know that I should have a jump drive with utilities that would help me repair. I need help!!!

Be ready to work hard and put up with angry customers. Make sure you get insurance so that if you accidentally wipe out somebodies research, you don't get sued to oblivion.

Computer repair is not always software, and not always hardware. What background do you have? How many operating systems you know? Can you open a laptop without breaking it?
