Start up problem

When I turn on it start beeping with a loud noise and after 4-5minutes it stop and the window logo it appears on the screen, after the computer has open when I type it goes in inverse like if I type ear then rae.

Download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware from https/www.malwarebytes.org/antimalware/ and run it. You may have to run it in Chameleon mode. You most likely are infected. Don't click on dumb crap online, even on Facebook. Use a junk PC for porn viewing.
