Static Noise Issue

My laptop recently started making static noise when i play music. It makes the noise with or without headphones. Anyone know how to solve this issue? thanks

if you unplug the ac power and use the battery do you still have static noise ?

I looked through the audio options, and nothing seemed to be available to troubleshoot the issue. It has beats audio, but it makes the noise with or without the beats on.

does the static is on when you play music from a cd ,also you could try the laptop somewhere else around you place to see if static still there .

Its an HP dv7 i7 with beats.

Can you turn off the beats and use the normal audio. And see if it makes the noise.

It makes the noise with or without the beats on.

Ahh is it okay to open your computer? If so open it look for the speaker and look at the wires. Does the wires look loose. Then look for dust too.

This idea should have ran through my head already! I will definitely give it a try and post my failure/success.
