Solved! Static with powerxcel wireless bluetooth earbuds

I bought powerxcel universal wireless earbuds bluetooth and there seems to be a lot of static and interference. I use them with my LG K20 PLUS android/smart phone. It seemed like the first time I used them, they were great. Now I can't even stand to use them because there's so much static/ interference/ noise, whatever. Is there anything I can do to remedy this problem?

First step is test them with another phone, etc... if they do the same thing, contact support to get them replaced.
