Hello, I have found these headphones; http://www.ebuyer.com/363044-steelseries-siberia-v2-full-size-usb-headset-white-51102?utm_source=google&utm_medium=products&gclid=COiIg4eh_bcCFeTLtAodezsAMg and I am confused about something.
I read in a different post in this forum from a while ago that, "The USB one has virtualized surround sound BTW. Does that change your opinions?
If not, I'll get the 3.5MM since it is cheaper." I do wish for virtualized 7.1, and the title does state "USB Headset" but in the description near the bottom it states, "1 x headphones ( mini-phone stereo 3.5 mm ) ¦ 1 x microphone ( mini-phone 3.5mm ) ¦ 1 x USB" So I have no idea if this is USB with the virtual surroundsound, or not. Perhaps I'm just overcomplicating things in my head. Any clarity is appreciated.

I can't think why it'd state "-Virtual Surround 7.1 USB Soundcard" if it wasn't included though. I don't really trust eBuyer's descriptions, as I've bought a few PSUs from them in the past that turned out to have different connectors.

Problem is that there are 2 versions of that headset and one doesn't come with the USB 7.1 mixamp. It is priced for the one that doesn't have the mixamp.

They might just copy and paste the descriptions.

Ah, I see. For some reason I was thinking it was a different connector alltogether. I just had a look to see if the other version was there, and, just to be more confusing, there's another priced £5.50 MORE, and has no mention of the soundcard near the title, and also no "1 x USB" under connector type. I have no idea what eBuyer are doing in terms of descriptions.
